These tasks are key and should be implemented thoroughly, in order for the new system to be presented, maintained and supported in the best possible way.


Our consultants will sit down with your key users to identify in more detail which processes and transactions should be documented. They will then create a detailed development plan, which will be used to prioritise the development of all relevant documentation.


At predefined stages of the materials development process our consultants will present the documentation for review and sign off.
